How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us on WhatsApp at 0321-1121123 with your order number and we will share the latest delivery status.
What is the delivery time?
Orders within Lahore are typically delivered in 1–2 business days. For other cities across Pakistan, delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Pakistan. You can also pay in advance via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa for faster processing.
How do I return or exchange a product?
You can return any product within 7 days of delivery. Record an unboxing video when you receive your parcel, then message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We will arrange the return or exchange. For full details, see our return & refund policy.
