Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to a verification call before processing. We may cancel orders that cannot be verified.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and advance bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of delivery for COD orders.
All prices on the website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and 100+ other cities.
Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Same-day dispatch from Lahore for orders placed before 2 PM.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or adverse weather.
Risk of loss and title for items transfers to you upon delivery to the courier service.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window on all orders. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items can be exchanged at no extra cost. A 20% service charge applies to refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Product Information & Compatibility
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and compatibility information as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify phone model compatibility before placing an order. If you're unsure, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help you find the right product.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. In rare cases of stock-outs, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
