Exchanges
Received the wrong item or a faulty product? We'll exchange it at no extra cost.
Return the item in its original condition within 7 days.
We inspect the returned item and verify the issue.
The correct product is shipped to you within 4-5 business days.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition.
Please note: A 20% service charge is deducted from your refund to cover delivery, handling, and packaging costs.
